May 4. 6:30 p.m. GOVERNOR-JSU GRADUATION — Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley will deliver the commencement address at graduation ceremonies at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville. The governor was scheduled to make the graduation address at JSU last spring but had to cancel because of the April tornadoes that hit the state.
