Bieber to bring 'Believe' to Birmingham in Jan.BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Teenage heartthrob Justin Bieber will bring his "Believe" tour to Birmingham's BJCC Arena on Jan. 16. The Birmingham News reports (http://bit.ly/LfCapT ) promoter AEG Live announced on Tuesday that Birmingham would be one of the 45 cities the tour would hit. The tour starts Sept. 29 and ends on Jan. 26. Other cities in the region include Memphis, Tenn., Nov 1; New Orleans Jan. 15; Nashville, Tenn., Jan. 18; and Atlanta Jan. 23. Justin Bieber's Fan Club Presale begins at noon today, while American Express will offer pre-sale to U.S. residents Thursday through May 31. General public sales begin June 2.
