3 men indicted in fatal Mobile fish camp shooting


MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Three 18-year-old men are being indicted in the death of Summer Moody, a teen who was shot in her head at a fishing camp in the Mobile Tensaw Delta.

Al.com (http://bit.ly/TmcP2e ) reported Wednesday that, Scott Bryd, Dillon Tyree and Daniel Parnell, three men who were with Moody when she was shot, are being held in the Baldwin County Corrections Center.

On April 15, 17-year-old Moody was with the men at a camp on Gravine Island when she was shot in her head.

Authorities say the men Moody was with were burglarizing cabins around 4 a.m.

Two men who heard the teens hiding in the woods fired warning shots and wounded Moody.

Authorities chose not to file charges against the men who fired the warning shots.
