Bail denied for Ala. man in group home attack
MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Bail has been denied for a 20-year-old man facing a murder trial in a fatal stabbing at a southern Alabama group home.
Al.com (http://bit.ly/SDMRsg ) reports Razellius Mills will remain in the Mobile County Metro Jail until his preliminary hearing, which is scheduled for Jan. 14.
Authorities say Mills cut another group home resident across his abdomen and disemboweled him in December.
Officials say Mills was placed in the group home after being arrested for theft and for carrying a concealed weapon. Authorities are unsure of what led up to the attack.
