Man identified in fatal construction accidentOPELIKA, Ala. (AP) — The Lee County Coroner's Office has identified the man who was killed in a construction accident as 29-year-old Legary Antely Jr., of Smiths Station — which is about20 miles west of Opelika. The Opelika-Auburn News reports (http://bit.ly/10KzCfv ) Antley was crushed when he doing maintenance work on a dump truck. Authorities say the truck's hydraulics equipment failed and crushed Antley between the vehicles frame and body.
