MOODY, Ala. (AP) — Students and teachers at an Alabama school had to work together to get students to school after the tires were flattened on a fleet of school buses.

Moody Junior High School Principal Cassandra Taylor says drivers discovered that the tires had been flattened on all school buses before school Thursday morning. WBRC-TV reports (http://bit.ly/11mrBco) that around 25 buses were involved.

The school sent out messages to parents, who worked with the school to get the students to school.

Moody is about 20 miles northeast of Birmingham.
