3 bodies found in rubble of burned building

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Officials have found a third body in the burned-out remains of an abandoned home in downtown Birmingham.

Fire officials initially found two bodies, and they discovered the third one as a search continued Tuesday.

Officials haven't released any names, and it's unknown whether they know of the identities of either person.

An old house burned in a three-alarm fire reported Monday night. Investigators are trying to determine the cause.

One person who was injured in the blaze is listed in stable condition.
