2 arrested, 2 sought in fatal home invasionSHEFFIELD, Ala. (AP) — Sheffield police have charged two men with murder in a home invasion in the northwest Alabama city. Officers are still seeking another man and the woman they believe drove the getaway car. Detectives told the TimesDaily, a Florence newspaper (http://bit.ly/YXwyZx ), that three men broke into the house looking for drugs and money. Officers say a man inside the house was shot to death. He's identified as Dorian Cliff Hamilton. Authorities say 22-year-old Damien Deandre Shipley and 20-year-old Donta Omar Montgomery of Sheffield were arrested, but police are still looking for a third man suspected in the break-in. Officers also are trying to locate a woman they believe drove the getaway car driver. |
