SELMA, Ala. (AP) — A teen has been charged in the death of a man who was reported missing earlier this week in Selma.

The Selma Times Journal (http://bit.ly/12T8Qk5 ) reports 19-year-old Ronald Mitchell is charged with murder in the death of 22-year-old Micah Dewayne Johnson, who was last seen Monday morning. Police learned Johnson and Mitchell had spoken with each other early Tuesday morning.

Investigators say Mitchell told them he shot Johnson, but additional information on the circumstances surrounding the man's death were not immediately available.

Police say Mitchell led investigators to the man's body in a wooded area and took police to the area where he his Johnson's 2000 Nissan Maxima.

Bond for Mitchell has been set at $3 million and it's unclear if he has an attorney.
