DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) — A Georgia man has been charged with DUI and fleeing the scene of a crash involving a Dothan police vehicle.

Police say 41-year-old Jerry Michael Culverhouse, of Kennesaw, Ga., was involved in a crash on Westgate Parkway and Choctaw Street Wednesday afternoon and fled the scene afterward. Authorities tracked him to the parking lot of a Verizon Wireless store and arrested him.

The Dothan Eagle (http://bit.ly/151vjdg ) reports Culverhouse hit an unmarked truck used by the Dothan Police Department's training division. Two officers riding in the truck suffered minor injuries.

It's unclear if Culverhouse has an attorney.
