Feb. 15 - Dec. 31. STATE AGENCY MEETINGS — The Alabama Secretary of State lists daily government agency meetings online. The complete list is available at https://www.openmeetings.alabama.gov/generalpublic/display_notices.aspx. Check meeting schedules daily for verification and changes.

July 24. 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. ATRIP FUNDING — Governor Robert Bentley on Wednesday will hold two news conferences to announce the largest and final round of funding for the Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program (ATRIP). In addition, he will celebrate the completion of the first ATRIP project in the state. A total of 439 road and bridge projects have been announced since Governor Bentley formally unveiled the ATRIP initiative in March of 2012.

July 25. 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. ANDREW REID LACKEY EXECUTION — Andrew Reid Lackey is scheduled for execution on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 6 p.m., at Holman Correctional Facility, Atmore, Alabama.

Media witnesses during an execution will be determined as follows:

- One reporter from the Associated Press

- Two newspaper reporters, including one from within the county or closest to the county of conviction.

If more than one agency from this county is present witness privileges will be determined by draw.

- Two broadcast reporters, including one television or radio reporter from a station located within the county or closest to the count of conviction. If more than one agency from this county is present witness privileges will be determined by draw.
