When it comes to the latest tobacco report card, a recent study shows the state of Alabama is failing.

According to the American Lung Association's 2013 tobacco control study, Alabama failed "all" categories for tobacco prevention

That includes smoke-free air, cigarette tax, and cessation coverage, but the bad part is the grades impact the program's spending.

Alabama is also ranked seventh in the nation for smoking-related deaths.
