The man accused of raping two young women in Troy in March 2012 is set to appear in court Monday morning.

Ellis is being charged with raping a university student and former university student last year, within hours of each other at Hunter's Mountain Mobile Estates.

He has already been sentenced to 22 years in prison on theft charges from March of 2011.

Police say Ellis used forged paperwork to get a $12,000 dollar car loan.

The loan was for a car that he never bought.
