The husband of a pilot killed in the United Parcel Service plane crash in Birmingham is suing the company that makes equipment used in the aircraft. Bret Tucker is seeking two million dollars in his federal lawsuit against Honeywell Aerospace. Tucker was the husband of UPS pilot Shanda Fanning. Fanning and the captain died when the flight crashed over a year ago.
