One in five adults have at least one type of arthritis.  

Although it may not be as deadly as cancer or heart disease, arthritis is a daily, tortuous pain that can lead to disabilities.

Two senators from Alabama tell their stories about how they are impacted by the unacceptable pain.

 

One Democrat, and one Republican may be polar opposites in many ways But Senator Hank Sanders and Senator Jeff Sessions have a common thread.

Senator Session's says his mother dealt with so much pain that it made less mobile.

Senator Sanders says that his experience with arthritis led him to knee replacements.
