Alabama's unemployment rate improved a little in September and October, but is still higher than the national rate.  Plus, it's almost twice what it was just a few years ago. 

This - even as politicians made numerous campaign pledges - promising more jobs. 

In a CBS 8 News Extra, Tim Lennox asks the question -- "Where are the jobs?"
