Working parents must trust daycares to take care of their children, but who is watching the daycares?

Daycares that are not part of a school or church must get a license by the Alabama Department of Human Resources.The daycares must meet a set of standards.

But how do you know if the center is following the rules?  Alabama News Network goes undercover to find out.
