The F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald Museum is getting into the holiday spirit by hosting a Christmas open house.

The event was free to everyone, and in addition to the permanent displays, there was an extra festive mood, thanks to Christmas music and cookies and hot chocolate.

People came from all over the area to check out the museum. With some visitors even traveling from as far away as Cleveland and Chicago.

Many Montgomery residents say they were happy that they could bring family members that are visiting for the holidays.
