Man Sentenced to 20 years for Abuse of Twin Sons

A judge has sentenced an Elmore County man to 20 years in prison for the abuse of his twin sons.

 

The judge sentenced 22-year-old Mohamad Osman of Deatsville on Thursday following his convictions on charges of child abuse.

 

The Montgomery Advertiser (

http://on.mgmadv.com/YSNd1F ) reports that evidence showed the man's young sons had multiple fractures by the time they were 2 years old.

 

The twins' mother also was arrested and his awaiting trial on abuse charges.

 

The children now live with their grandparents. They are 3 years old and have recovered from their injuries.
