From Montgomery--

22-year-old Rodriques Bush of Montgomery was arrested and charged with first-degree rape.

The incident took place Sunday around 1:30 AM near Windywood circle.

Bush was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility where he is being held under a $30,000 bond.
