Samuel Robertson is facing driving under the influence and manslaughter charges for the death of 21-year-old Christopher Byrd.

Police say Robertson's truck crossed into oncoming traffic on Selma Highway early Friday morning, causing a head on crash with Bryd's vehicle.

Robertson is being held on a $250,000 bond.
