Authorities Look for Escapee from Montgomery Women's Facility

A work release inmate, Camelia Lataye Douglas is considered an escapee from the Montgomery Women's Facility.

According to the Alabama Department of Corrections, Douglas failed to return to the women's facility from her job site on Thursday, March 21.

Douglas was reported missing at approximately at 2:45 p.m.

Douglas is described as a black female, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 260 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. 

Douglas is serving a 15 year sentence for theft of property. She was sentenced in March 2011 from Madison County.
