Update:Body Found in Autauga County, Death Investigation Underway

The Autauga County Sheriff's Office is working on a death investigation in Autauga County. According to Chief Deputy Joe Sedinger, a body was discovered Saturday around 8:00 p.m. in the woods across from the Citgo gas station at the intersection of Autauga Co. Road 85 and U.S. Highway 31.
 
Chief Sedinger says the body is currently being examined by forensics to identify the person.

Police are not releasing any other information at this time, but Chief Sedinger tells CBS-8 News he will release more details Monday.
