An Elmore County man is arrested in Crenshaw County on sex charges.

Authorities say William Kenneth Lowe was charged with Solicitation by Computer and Traveling to Meet a Child for a Sexual Act.

Deputies say Lowe messaged a juvenile by cell phone - and the messages were of a sexual nature.

Investigators also say Lowe traveled from Elmore County to Crenshaw County to meet with the juvenile.
