How will law enforcement officers handle the change? CBS 8 rode along with Corporal Cedric Leonard to get a first hand look at what he sees when he's patrolling the streets of Montgomery County. This is a statewide law that will carry fines starting at 25 dollars for the first offense, 50 for the second, and 75 dollars for the third.
