By CBS-8 Reporter

Montgomery police are investigating a shooting death that happened at a McDonald's on the Eastern Boulevard late Thursday night.

Police found two males, a 17 year old and an 18 year old who had both been shot.

Both were taken to Baptist South where the 18 year old later died.

Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument between the two, but say they are continuing to investigate.

The 17 year old is listed in stable condition.

Another witness at the scene told police one of the victims left a dark Blue or Black colored SUV with rims possibly a Chevy, then ran up to a tan Malibu and fired several rounds.

Police are searching for witnesses in the SUV...which has the words "Jesus Lives" in red on the front of the vehicle.

If you know the whereabouts of this vehicle or owner, please call Crime Stoppers at 215-STOP.

Police say this shooting is still being treated as a death investigation.
