A man is behind bars after Montgomery county sheriff's office says he pretended to be a pickup agent for a bonding company.

Deputies say Jonathan Senn of Wetumpka went to the clerk's office earlier this week, and claimed a person needed to be brought back to jail.

Investigators say they later found out Senn did not work for the bonding company, and did it for personal reasons.

Senn is facing kidnapping, criminal impersonation, forgery, assault and unlawful imprisonment charges.
