Update:Man Who Pleaded Guilty in Boating Death Released from JailA Montgomery man who pleaded guilty in the death of a woman in a Lake Martin boating accident- is now out of jail. Elmore Co. District Attorney Randall Houston's office tells CBS 8 News that Brian Little had a sentence review hearing today. He was released and put on three years of probation. In July, he was sentenced to one year in jail after the death of Ashley Williams. She had fallen out of Little's pontoon boat and was killed by the propeller. Investigators say Little jumped into the water and swam to shore without helping Little. Williams' mother said in a letter to the judge that she did not oppose Little's release. |

COWARD. If he did not render aid to a passenger on his own boat, or anyone elses for that matter then he is not a man by any measure that I can find. I bet he stained the water he was swimming through as yellow as he is..... and will always be. If you know this guy sock him in the mouth for me.
