Montgomery City Leaders to Announce All-Star College Football Game

The renovated and expanded Cramton Bowl in Montgomery is getting noticed as one of the top football facilities in the state and is now scheduled to host a college football all-star game.

Thursday, city officials are planning to announce a major addition to the Cramton Bowl schedule, by hosting a college football all-star game.

Mayor Todd Strange and former Troy and Alabama athletic admnistrator Johnny Williams will unveil the plans that will not only bring some of the best college football players in the country to Montgomery, but also spark the economy.

Cramton Bowl was once home to the Blue-Gray game, which attracted a national TV audience for years.
