Montgomery Police Chief Kevin Murphy joined news anchor Jeff Sanders on CBS 8 News at 5:00. 

The Chief discussesd Tuesday night's failed attempt to raid a home in Montgomery and capture triple murder suspect  Desmonte Leonard.  Murphy explains why the raid took place and why law enforcement did the right thing in his opinion.
