Montgomery Police Investigate Fatal Shooting

Montgomery police are investigating the city's 25th homicide of the year.

Police say they responded to a shooting in the 1900 block of Marie James Drive tonight and found a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Jackson Hospital where he later died.

Police have a suspect in custody and charges are pending.
