Montgomery Police Investigate Fourth Homicide

Montgomery Police are investigating a murder that happened early Wednesday morning.

 

Police say they found 39-year-old Cherokee Johnson lying in the roadway on Foshee Road around 5 in the morning.

Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say they do suspect foul play.
