Montgomery Police Make Murder Arrest

Montgomery police make a second arrest in a murder that happened last month.

Cedric Stokes was charged with the murder of Oterios Belser.

Belser was hit by a vehicle on Davis Drive on November 18th. He died from his injuries days later.

Police have also charged Jeffery Lamarris Howard with Belser's murder.
