Montgomery Police make an arrest in the city's sixth homicide of the year.

18-year-old Kenya-Ree Fuller is charged with one count of Capital Murder in the shooting death of 29-year-old Douglas Gray.

Gray was killed on January 18th on the 4700 block of Park Towne Way.

Police say they believe Fuller had set up a meeting with Gray with the intent of robbing him, then fatally shot him.

Fuller is being held without bond.
