Triple murder suspect 22-year-old Deandra Marquis Lee has been taken into custody.

Selma Police Chief William Riley said in an email law enforcement received a tip at 10:30 Saturday morning in reference to Lee's location.

The tip led law enforcement to a unit at Merrimac Apartments in Selma.

Riley said U.S. Marshal and Alabama Bureau of Investigation agents breached the unit and captured Lee.

Lee was taken to ABI Headquarters in Montgomery for interrogation.

Lee is accused of killing 9-year-old twins Jordan and Taylor Dejerinett, plus their babysitter 73-year-old Jack Mac Girdner.

He was named a person of interest in the killings Wednesday after the bodies of the twins and Girdner were found on a dirt road near Hayneville, near the elderly man's home.

Watch CBS 8 News Weekend at 6&10 for continuing coverage of Lee's arrest.

hopeful this time he will be found guilty and put away for life. If he had not been acquitted last year,, those two innocent children and their precious baby sitter would not have died.

A retired law enforcement officer, my company, Custody Calculations has been speaking to the issues of crime related to Family Law /custody for several years now. My research of ten years has identified that as much as 25% of all crime may be related to this issue. Homicides, suicides, kidnappings, child abuse, domestic violence, violence of restraining orders, violence of court orders, stalking and more. To put just one of those numbers into perspective that is 4,000 homicides a year related to divorce and/or custody. These horrific killings reflect what many of us conducting research on subject believe, that there is an increase in the number of child homicides committed by a child's own parent in the ultimate act of revenge/retaliation against the other parent in custody issues.

I'm just wondering how his name came about in the first place?? Was it a fingerprint? They developed a suspect very quickly without any witnesses... I really don't know what my point it, this case is just so heartbreaking and senseless!!!
