Tuskegee Woman Killed in Crash Near Phenix City

Alabama State Troopers say a Tuskegee woman was killed this morning in a crash on U.S. Highway 431 south of Phenix City.

State troopers say 40-year-old Wileatha Penda Brown was killed when the car she was driving was struck by an International truck driven by Michael Thompson of Thomaston, Georgia. Thompson was not injured. 

No additional details are available as Alabama State Troopers investigate this crash.
