Wood Enters Prattville Mayor's Race

Former District Judge Phillip Wood says he'll run for Prattville mayor.

Wood is a 40-year resident of the city and is also a formercounty commissioner.

He says he plans to focus on the city's budget in his campaign.

Wood is facing Mayor Bill Gillespie in the August 28th municipal election.

Former Prattville police captain Keith Gamble has also announced his candidacy.

Yay! Prattville needs someone like Phillip Wood as its mayor.
