Man Wanted For Questioning in Triple Homicide Faced Previous Murder ChargesRelated Content
In 2008, the man wanted for questioning in the murder of 9-year-old twins Jordan and Taylor Dejerinett and their caretaker, 73 year old Jack Girdner, Deandra Marquis Lee was arrested in a triple shooting that left two people dead - but was acquitted by a jury.
Lee was charged with killing Da-von Tyre and Ramone Hale and shooting Ken Prevo in the throat.
In March of last year a jury found Lee not guilty of the murders or the shooting.
After the trial, family members of the victim told CBS 8 News the jury had let a killer back on the streets.
We spoke with them again today and they say it will be a tragedy if Lee is involved with this murder. Family members say they remember losing their loved ones like it was yesterday. Lee was held in jail after the shooting until the trial - - and was released after the verdict was read last year.

After watching the Nancy Grace show i think that they were saying that the mother knew this suspect. I don't understand how they let these killers back on the street. Zimmerman killed this innocent kid, and people demanded justice as they should. This man murdered two people and attempted to murder another person and he walked out of the court a free man. And supposedly one of the victims identified him before he died. Now he has brutally murdered two children and this elderly man. If he had been convicted for the first two homicides and been given the death penalty, those children and that elderly man would be alive. If he had a jury trial then the blood of those children are on the jurors hands. This is the fault of the jury or judge who freed him when he should have been found guilty.

I have been following story since it aired on the news, I can not believe someone could be so spineless as to kill children. I also feel that if the authorities take a closer at the mother then they will find him. She is not showing hardly any emotion. I feel that the mother has everything to do with these three murders. She should be charged also.
