Local Law Enfocement Officers Cracking Down on Texting and Driving

     Local law enforcement officers will be cracking down on texting and driving in the area today.
Its apart of the "IT CAN WAIT" campaign launched by the city of Montgomery. 
     The campaign asks young drivers to pledge not to text and drive. City and county law enforcement officers are making a special effort to spot drivers who are texting, and giving out tickets. If you are caught violating the law your first conviction results in a twenty-five dollar fine, the second is fifty-dollar fine and the third seventy-five dollars.
