167 students completed the EverFi online program. It's a 10-module, 6-hour program worked into their school curriculum that aims at important life financial lessons.

At the ceremony  students also participated in a "quiz show" as a fun way to test what they learned.

DeMarques May, a senior said, "It was very informative and influential how we learned about the different credits and balances. and also the loans established in banks so it got me kind of prepared for the future and what kind of loans and situations could take place."

This is the second year of the program at Pike County High School and participation has grown by more than 700 percent.
