We've been bringing you the latest on a Montgomery toddler who has been in and out of the hospital for a rare life-threatening infection.  Now, there is a simple way you can help 3-year-old Karlie Gill and her family.

Local artist Brandon Berrey wrote a song called "Karlie Smiles".  It was recorded by singer Nick Osterman, an AUM student from Prattville, who is a member of the Centerpoint Church band.

The song is being played on local Christian radio stations, and you can buy the single on iTunes for 99 cents.  All of the proceeds go to help Karlie and her family cover her medical bills.
