 A NATIONAL PERIACTRIC GROUPS SAYS YOUNG ADULTS SHOULD START SCHOOL LATER IN THE MORNING SO THEY CAN CATCH UP ON SLEEP.

THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS STUDY SUGGESTS DELAYING THE START OF THE SCHOOL DAY FOR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS UNTIL AT LEAST 8:30 A-M. IT FINDS CHRONIC SLEEP LOSS,  IS LINKED TO POOR HEALTH.

THE STUDY SUGGESTS TEENS SHOULD GET BETWEEN 8 1/2 TO 9 1/2 HOURS OF SLEEP ON SCHOOL NIGHTS...

AND ALSO TURN OFF THE T-V'S, COMPUTERS AND GAMING DEVICES IN THE BEDROOM.
