From the CBS 8 South Alabama Newsroom -- SaeHaeSung Alabama plans to build a 72 thousand square foot addition to allow room for 2 new product lines.

Officials say they hope to hire up to 150 more employees over the next 2 years.

The company makes auto body parts for a Huyndai and Kia supplier in Greenville.

Employees say in the bad economy, this is big news for Andalusia.

"I think it's a good thing, you know, especially the way the economy is right now. We're expanding and that means we're doing really good and more hours," says Barbara Rodrigeuz.

"Instead of buying our stamped parts from outside sources, or overseas, we stamp our own parts here and run them through our assembly line. It adds more jobs and adds to our bottom line," says Jim Hallford.

The new addition is expected to be completed by the end of June.
