Brantley Police Arrest City Councilman on Domestic Violence Charge

Brantley police tell CBS 8 News they've arrested a city councilman on a domestic violence charge.

Police say they arrested Brantley city councilman Lorey Bogen. He has been released on bond.

The Crenshaw County Sheriff's Office confirms that Bogen was also arrested in October 2008 on a  domestic violence charge.

Brantley Police say this incident is still under investigation.
