Next school year, most students in Butler County will be pick up by a new state-of-the art school bus...

The buses are fresh off the assembly line -- Butler County is replacing 22 of their 36 buses.

Every county is required to replace their school buses once they've hit the 10-year mark to cover safety requirements.

The new buses have multiple surveilence cameras and high back seats. They've also purchased an extra special needs bus, which will have seat belts.

The new buses cost about $1.6 million. County school leaders say that money comes from state funding.
