Man Confesses to Shooting Brother: Murder Charges Filed

Fifty-one year old, Clarence Alvin Norris, was charged with murder after police say he confessed to shooting his brother, Cleve Norris.

Covington County police say it happened south of Andalusia on Bass Bridge Road this afternoon.

They say the victim was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene.

Clarence later confessed that he shot him.

He is currently in Covington County Jail without bond and police are still investigating the motive for the shooting.
