Even during the recession... people are still donating money for good causes. Employees at Greenville Pioneer Electric donated more than $500 Thursday to Greenville High School for a new program. It's called the "Secret Assistance Closet," which gives students and families in need gently-used and new clothing items to promote self-esteem and academic excellence. They're taking everything from backpacks, clothing, shoes and accessories. Pioneer Electric's donations will go to help with those items, as well.
