The Covington County Sheriffs Department captured a man in connection with a Friday evening shooting. Deputies say 49-year old Arthur D. Lucal is being held in the Covington County jail on $275,000 bond for attempted murder and failure to register as a multi-felon.

The Sheriff's Department found the man Lucal allegedly tried to murder, Sidney Raley with multiple gunshot wounds Friday night at a residence on Antioch Road. Raley was transported to the Andalusia Hospital and later air lifted to USA Medical Center in Mobile. No updates Saturday on Raley's condition, the incident is still under investigation.
