UPDATE:Investigators Say Volunteer Firefighter Admits To Starting More Fires

State fire marshals say the volunteer firefighter who was arrested and charged with arson in Opp, has admitted to starting other fires.

Further charges are currently pending against William "Brad" Burleson, who has since confessed to investigators to starting grass, brush and hay fires in the area.

Burleson was charged with second degree arson for allegedly setting a vacant mobile home on fire on Covala Road earlier this week. Fire marshals say he was a volunteer firefighter for two years. This incident is still under investigation.
