Students celebrate with excitement for the end of the school year

CBS 8 News is covering Butler County, where the last day of school is finally here... Excitement filled the air as students loaded the buses this afternoon at Greenville High School. For some graduating seniors, the last day was bitter-sweet... but most students say they've been waiting for this day for months... "It was pretty good! Passed everything. I'm glad it's over," Said student Dabryant Crenshaw. "I had a great year. It went well. Kept my grades up. Made... Planned my goals. Got it going good," Said another student, Kayla Small. Students who have not graduated will return to school on August 20th.
